Job Description

This is a developer role focused on delivering automation through Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and chat bots, with an additional focus on innovation and new technology implementation. You will be responsible for the end-end delivery of automation and AI/ML use cases from pilot to production support

Responsibilities include

~Design and build innovative applications using artificial intelligence and machine learning from functional proofs-of-concepts to production ready, scalable solutions

~Work on developing/training ML models to enhance existing processes with cognitive capabilities

~Design, build, and deploy robotic process automation and chat bots using leading automation delivery platforms

~Actively participate and propose technical guidance in the requirement gathering process and assessment of RPA/AI/ML opportunities, including preparing solution documentation

~Use problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues in production and provide solutions as required

~Work within project planning constraints, communicating project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager

~Develop standard operating practices and support the operations teams through development and production

~Work closely with the operations team to change and optimize existing RPA processes

~Partner and effectively communicate with non-IT business users, functional counterparts, and stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem

Required skills:

* Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* 3 years of verifiable experience deploying business solutions using data science, machine learning, and data analytics
* 1 years of verifiable experience deploying business solutions using neural network/deep learning algorithms, machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised), feature engineering/data prep experience in Python, Tensorflow, SparkML etc.

Desired skills:

* 1 years of development experience with RPA tools & platforms. Examples: Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other leading RPA platforms
* 1 years of experience in chat bot platforms & implementation
* 1 years of experience in Web services/Restful APIs/Integration/BPM (Business Process Management)
* Working experience with cloud infrastructure, security, and deployment options: Example - AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
* Working Experience in an Agile and DevOps based team environment
* Certifications: Process Automation/AI/ML
