We're working on a new, unannounced Diablo project. Are you a skilled programmer who is a strong generalist, who can see the big picture? Are you unafraid to dive into unfamiliar systems and learn as you go? Do you also enjoy working on audio? Come work with us, and together we will build something exceptional.

Responsibilities

* Design and implementation of new engine features
* You will be working closely with the audio department serving as the primary audio engineer of the team
* Work with Game Design, Art and Engine teams to improve existing tools
* Identify and resolve pipeline issues and discover opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

* You shipped at least one video game as a significant contributor
* Experience with code and data optimization
* Strong programming skills in C++
* A minimum of 3 years' programming experience
* You are passionate for game audio, comfortable working across a variety of technologies
* Able to rapidly learn and understand software by reading source code and stepping thru code under a debugger
* Strong code review skills
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Excited for video games

Pluses

* Experience shipping multiple game titles
* Experience with multi-threaded programming
* Experience debugging across a variety of hardware configurations
* 3D math skills
* Experience with Wwise or other audio middleware
* Strong programming skills in C#
* A degree in computer science, or a related field
