SAIC is seeking a Software Engineer to perform software engineering and analysis duties pertaining to Army simulations. Duties will include requirements analysis, design, software development and testing. Position will require strong background in mathematics and computer science, including experience developing software to defined standards and processes. Selected candidate will need to possess strong communication skills and must be a self-starter able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

* BS from an accredited university in Computer Science/Engineering or mathematics and


* 5 years of software development experience with C++, C#, and/or Java.


* Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: While not required, experience/familiarity with distributed simulation, Army tactical systems, 6-DOF (6 Degrees of Freedom), Motion Models, and/or Flight Models, is desired.
