NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Anaheim, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of experience as an Senior Developer

Experience in implementing Health Information Exchange (HIE) interfaces with knowledge of business requirement between acute and ambulatory settings.

Experience developing IHE interfaces on standardized interface engines.

Experience with more than one healthcare compatible HIE Integration tool. (Intersystems HSC, Mirth, etc.) . InterSystems Ensemble, Cache, HealthShare, and IBM Initiate Master Data Service experience

Fluency in object-oriented programming concepts, Cache Object Script, Cache Classes, Cache Server Pages

Perform impact analysis and finalize the design.

Develop Technical design document.

Supports the development and implementation of process improvements.

Conducts individual project reviews, as required, to assess overall project quality, efficiency and compliance with requirements.

Essential Functions:

Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.

Applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs and other internal/external contacts.

Designs, specifies, implements, and maintains systems.

Designs, codes, tests and Documents software programs for systems of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications.

Understands customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions.

Possesses broad knowledge of business domain.

Develop code and perform Unit testing.

Deploy and configure all environments.

Administer & Monitor all environments.

Support post Golive validation and defect fixing.

Support future upgrades of the product.

Develop various dashboards via automated scripts.

Documentation of best practices to improve productivity.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years Developer-Integration-Application Integration-Ensemble

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
