In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams in our Plano headquarters as well as globally and maintain alignment with all key functions in the software development lifecycle, such as product ownership, user experience, architecture, and quality assurance. You will also partner with the Scrum Master on projects to ensure productivity and performance.

What does the role involve?

Actively partner with cross-functional teams from Software Unit, IT, and other departments to ensure integrated objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner

Develop all team members in several locations; broaden know-how and develop own skills

Align priorities based on overall strategy and roadmap, balance strategic and operational topics, align and manage deliverables with service level agreements to ensure quality targets are met within the approved methodology

Manage projects on Software Delivery team that vary significantly in size, technical, and organizational complexity, as well as functional and geographical scope

What you need is:

* Bachelor's Degree (GPA 3.0 or higher), or equivalent experience, required; Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum seven (7) years' experience, required
* Proven leadership skills, required
* Conceptual IT solution design and architecture skills; very strong user focus and experience in agile, user-driven development
* Excellent written documentation, visualization, demonstration, teaching, and project management skills
* Broad and detailed application, process, and technical knowledge built on experiences
* Strong IT affinity
* Demonstrated multi-tasking ability; proven ability to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget, required
* Strong analytical skills, creative, innovative, and open-minded; proven ability to work independently and in a team setting; demonstrated ability to work within a global team environment
