We are looking for a high-caliber leader to join our CIO team based in New York City. The role will be based in our new office, an exciting collaborative space which brings together best-in-class practitioners, technology and workspace to create leading software solutions.

In your role, you will create self-directed teams which are passionate, adaptable and recognized for pushing boundaries in innovation. These teams will use Agile methods, Design Thinking and DevOps practices to develop IT systems which users love and others strive to emulate.

Your teams will be responsible for creating and maintaining end-to-end analytics solutions for SaaS subscription and fulfillment reporting. These solutions will be highly visible and showcased at multiple levels within the organization. The information created, maintained, and optimized by your team will be used to report IBM results directly to Wall Street as well as a key input to the compensation plans for IBM sellers. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment to help your teams produce business results.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

This role would suit an experienced and highly-driven professional, specifically we are looking for…

* 5+ yrs of exp in People Management
* 3+ yrs of exp in Building and Leading Technical Teams
* Strong Communication is a MUST
* Experience leading teams tasked with executing large technical platform migrations
* Experience leading teams responsible for data analytics, reporting systems, and dashboard creation
* Ability to manage challenging, diverse stakeholder groups through data driven conversations
* Proven ability to build and lead a high-performance culture
* A focus on continuous improvement, learning and measurable outcomes
* A client-focused mindset, with a track record of exceptional feedback

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

* Experience working in Agile software development
* Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
* Exposure to SaaS product billing models
