Job Description

We are building new offerings for Alexa to enable the dream of the smart, connected home. Our organization is focused on key verticals such as Smart Lighting, Kitchen, and Climate Control, and have built key experiences such as Alexa Guard and Away Lighting. This is an opportunity to lead a critical Alexa Smart Home engineering team, designing and building innovative voice-driven experiences for interacting with smart home devices within a major vertical. You'll get to come up with new experiences, launch, and quickly iterate on feedback through continuous customer delivery.

Your team will be responsible for the invention of disruptive technologies designed to simplify consumer customers' lives. The problem space spans IoT-scale (billions of devices) cloud services and low-latency, secure, and reliable, home networks. Your team's work will span Alexa skills, voice user interfaces, AWS technology, and a rapidly-growing ecosystem of IoT devices.
