As a manager of the development team, you will be responsible for establishing the vision in this area, guiding the technical roadmap, and leading the team to deliver. You will recruit and grow top talent into the team. You will be responsible for scaling and adapting this system to future requirements and maintaining flexibility to meet the business' rapidly evolving needs. Having keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), NLP, ML and Big Data is crucial for this role.
