People Tech's Time QA team supports solving test problems of optimization, performance, and scalability. Technologies we're testing range from 3rd-party platform configurations to API and front-end UI solutions. Our automation needs are abundant and varied: dive into scenario-based employee data generation and API validation frameworks, canary and regression tests, and building pipelines.

Core responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with dev teams and your team peers to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation.
* Implementation of systems, tools, and frameworks whose purpose is to drive People Tech software efficiency and agility.
* Gathering and reporting relevant and actionable metrics. Enforcing, auditing, and streamlining automated software test and delivery processes.
* Mentoring junior engineers so they can become as good as you are.
