* Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
* Testing and evaluating new programs
* Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
* Writing and implementing efficient code specializing in MS SQL

* Developing quality assurance procedures
* Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
