Job Summary:

Provides leadership and initiative in a team environment. Ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new launch new business capabilities. Lead the resolution of complex problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.

* Create and maintain infrastructure including continuous integration, automated builds, and automated build verification testing
* Providing Systems Team support for assisting and building the Agile development environment for all programs including Retail Transformation, Back Office, Omni Channel, and Convenience Network including development and maintenance of the tools that support the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
* Facilitate the technical aspects of collaboration with third parties, such as data or service providers and hosting facilities
* Partner and collaborate with QA to implement automated testing scenarios.
* Help define and support decisions and policies for appropriate branching models.
* Participate in and lead demos at the end of each sprint, iteration, and Program Increment ensuring the environments are adequate in reliably demonstrating new system functionality.
* Partner with InfoSec/CloudOps/DataOps (CNDS), and Enterprise DevSecOps teams to define sustainable supported and DevSecOps Strategy
* Work with other component teams in defining intercomponent interfaces

Domicile: Plano, TX

Relocation assistance may be available for this position, but is based on business decision.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience in coding. Four (4) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may off set the relate experience requirements.
