NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Software Deployments - Operations Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to develop software integration solutions
* Troubleshooting and identifying root cause of problems in applications and integrations
* Implementing bug fixes and correcting data issues
* Performing ongoing routine maintenance
* Developing moderately complex application features
* Providing estimates for development and maintenance work
* Developing test cases, test scenarios, and scripts based upon business and technical requirements
* Performing production deployments primarily for in-house applications (non COTS)
* Author SOPs where needed or directed
* Responsible to fully document assigned tickets to show all work performed in order to pass SLRs
* Responsible to maintain accurate CMDB entries for assigned tickets or tasks

Qualifications:

* US Citizenship required
* Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of experience. Education Substitution: For each year of degree required, 2 years of experience may be substituted.
* 3+ years of writing high quality, maintainable, deployable, testable, and highly usable software applications (Python/Go preferred)
* Demonstrated history of continuous learning and ability to stay current with technology trends
* Natural problem solving abilities, an inquisitive personality, and an eagerness to tackle the challenge of big problems
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience working with complex, large-scale public cloud deployments hosted across international data centers
* Experience solving problems with multi-tenancy and distributed systems at scale in the cloud
