We are looking for a Sr License Management Architect to support and drive initiatives globally with the VP Product Revenue. This role is specifically needed to support global operations

How you will spend your time as our next Senior License Management Architect

* Working with Sales Operations and IS/IT to design, test and make changes to item management, with a focus on license entitlement management.
* Managing CRs related to new products, price list changes, license management functionality, and license/product related defects.
* Making suggestions on potential changes to license management capabilities, licensing models, and product configuration/product catalog.
* Testing and documenting all changes, following standard release management processes.
* Understanding the connections between the various transactional systems and manage the product setup from end-to-end, including configuration, entitlement, and financial reporting.
* Managing Product Operations Confluence Site, updating for the latest guides and process definitions, as well as enhancing documentation on license entitlements and standard license related questions.
* Designing or documenting processes using process flow maps and how-to guides.
* Holding regular enablement sessions with extended operational teams to ensure processes are clearly defined and being followed as it relates to product configuration, license management (Remix, Transfer, etc.), and product releases.
* Working with Product Marketing and Management during the launch of new products and/or propose changes to existing products.
* Managing all Product Pricing Scenarios, including Product Bundles, Recurring and One-Time Charges, Overage and Consumption Models, and Price-points in multiple currencies.



Qualifications Include:

* Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
* Strong Analytical skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
* Knowledge of QlikView and Qlik Sense, both usage and licensing model/metrics.
* Understanding of Qlik's internal processes, mainly regarding sales and license management.
* Advanced knowledge of Qlik core-systems, including NetSuite ERP and SFDC CRM, with experience using Jira, Visio, Atlassian Confluence, and other Change Management, Project related, and documentation systems preferred.
* Prior experience managing Products and Product Options in SFDC, Rate Plans and Rate Plan Charges in Zuora, and/or Non-inventory and Kit Items in NetSuite.
* Understanding of Zuora CPQ, SFDC CPQ, Zuora Billing, and SFDC Pricing and Validation Rules.
* Able to work within a fully integrated business system structure and understanding of integration processes through standard tools and custom BOOMI implementation.
