Responsibilities/Qualification

MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB) is seeking an onsite Site Lead/ Project Manager to manage a program supporting the FBI Counterterrorism Division's, FBI Foreign Terrorist Tracking Task Force (FTTTF) effort to provide information that would help keep both individuals and their supporters who may pose threats to national security out of the U.S. or leads to their removal, detention, prosecution, or other legal action. The FTTTF supports FBI field operations by conducting bulk and targeted data analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for all program related work performed on this project and will assume responsibility for the performance of all contract requirements. The PM shall possess both the ability and authority to "reach-back" into MacAulay-Brown Inc. corporate structure to leverage technical and personnel resources. The PM will also be responsible for the overall management of all technical and analysis projects.

Task/Project Manager responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

* Plans, organizes, directs, and supports all activities identified in individual or multiple delivery/task order(s);
* Ensures conformance with task order schedules and costs;
* Monitors employee performance and productivity;
* Develops and implements training programs and remedial actions as necessary;
* Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning Contractor schedules;
* Reviewing work discrepancies;
* Supervising Contractor personnel;
* Assisting in all project management task performance;
* Preparing, reviewing and submitting required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates; and
* Shall be responsible for the overall Task Order performance and quality assurance.

Due to the technical and analysis requirements required to support the contract, the Task Lead /Project Manager also must have experience managing intelligence analysts and reviewing technical and analysis reports to ensure the team is supporting all technical and analytical requirements. Candidates must have a current TS/SCI and willing to take a Poly. The work I located in Crystal City, VA.

* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience are required.
* Prefer advanced management, executive development training, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Must have experience working and managing Technical and HUMINT analysis requirements supporting FBI, Intelligence Community
* Must have experience managing intelligence analysts and reviewing technical and analysis reports to ensure the team is supporting all technical and operational requirements
* Must have current TS/SCI and willing to take a Poly.
