Description

SAIC has contingent opportunities for Site Leads with Installation Coordinator responsibilities to support the Army. This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located in South Korea.

The Installation Coordinator role is to provide support during site set-up. The installation coordinator shall communicate with government-designated personnel at the site to facilitate CENTAUR installation. The installation coordinator will become the site lead once the site is operational.

The Site Lead role is to provide support during daytime hours. This role is responsible for communicating and coordinating with the installation command (e.g., communicating with a local signal group about a fiber issue), and is available for duties that occur during the day (e.g., receiving packages).

* Accompanies the commander on inspections, visits and ceremonies


* Assesses training at all levels and provides feedback to appropriate commanders and leaders


* Assists in inspection of command activities, facilities and personnel as prescribed by the commander


* Assists in reception of visitors to the command


* Provides staff supervision


* Coordinates, supervises and conducts group, division, Corps and Army level CBRN operations


* Coordinates with unit's Training NCO/Officer to implement yearly CBRN training requirements IAW unit METL


* Ensures adherence to command policies


* Inspects duties performed by subordinate NCOs


* Maintains annual records of CBRN training


* Maintains hand receipts, schedules training, and assigns specific duties of subordinates


* Maintains monthly CBRN defense equipment (CDE) status reports


* Notes discrepancies and initiates appropriate corrective action


* Performs other duties prescribed by the commander


* Plans, employs, and coordinates CBRN defense systems


* Prepares and evaluates CBRN training


* Responsible for monitoring training or conducts training of CENTAUR personnel


* Reviews evaluation reports to determine compliance with policies and procedures and recommends corrective actions on deficiencies to leaders and officials


* Supervises CBRN reconnaissance and surveillance, detection, decontamination and obscuration efforts



Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma /or equivalent

4+ years working with the military

CBRN experience desired

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

Must have an active Secret clearance
