Responsible for integrity of IT systems used at Fort Worth Manufacturing ASPEX and NORTH facilities and oversight of application support services for assigned systems. IT Analyst ensures adherence to compliance frameworks (CSV & IGM) as well as implementation of global IT standard processes (e.g. change, incident and problem management). Proactively manage the systems lifecycle in partnership with the business and global NBS IT organization. IT analyst plays an instrumental role in rollout of global application standards deployed and operated through globally managed services per NBS IT strategy. In this role the Analyst provides a liaison with global service organizations to ensure proper implementation of global standards at the site as well as archiving and retirement of legacy local solutions. Ensures services provided are within agreed service levels and service levels meet customer expectations..

IT professional delivering technical expertise in support of specific business applications, business processes or customer facing IT Services

* Identifies and analyzes business requirements and processes, to develop and implement a defined technology/system/application to support on-going operations, projects, IT Services or business processes
* Work with functional users in a variety of departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business processes and system needs.
* Analyzes application / system / process / IT service performance data and provides ad-hoc and periodic reporting to the relevant stakeholders
* Build a thorough understanding of the underlying business functions for which programs are used
* Provide proactive leadership to internal project teams consisting of both business users and IT resources as well as super-user communities to ensure effective use of IT solutions, tools and processes.
* Ensure IT services provided meet the site business needs and are performing
