Site Administrator - Senior Analyst

The Duck Creek Site Administrator Role is responsible for delivering across the various functional, technical and structural needs of the Solution Center Product within Duck Creek. This role requires a technical / development background, as site scripting and integrations will be expected.

This Site Administrator will participate in discussions and activities across process, , platform issues, technical configuration, and vendor relationships. This role will gain direction from and provide recommendations to Solution Center stakeholders. This is a production level role with scope of responsibility that spans across the Solution Center product and will include liaising with stakeholders from across the business. Heavy interaction will be done with the Technical Communication community within Duck Creek.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree


* 2-4 years of work experience


* 1+ year of SLDC experience


* 2+ years of Domain Experience


* Effective written and verbal communication


* Time management skills


* Strong communicator


* Flexible with the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and work under pressure


* Strong Microsoft Excel skills


* Nice to have skills: Technical Writing, Communications, Mindtouch Platform, Estimating, Planning, Documentation Strategy, Information Architecture, P&C Insurance, Training



Responsibilities:

The Site Administrator will be responsible for:

* Account Management (Managing Accounts, Groups, Permissions / Authentication)
* Page Management (Creation, Deletion, Moving, etc.)
* Process and Reporting
* Feedback and Process Management (deliver against current Feedback loop process; implement more robust process for ticketing and distribution of feedback)
* Upgrade Planning on the Vendor Platform (Anticipating regular vendor releases to do upgrade testing, planning of future releases)
* Defect Triage and Resolution (work with team, as applicable, and Vendor to triage issues and liaising with vendor to provide feedback)
* Release Plan and Status Management Assistance (Create / modify reports based on stakeholder requirements using scripting to help scale the use of these reports, as appropriate. Work with vendor our DCT requirements and get them into the backlog.
* Content Creation and Relationship Management within Duck Creek (Work with various groups across our organization including Content Accelerators, Training, Product Managers, Conference / Partner Portals, etc) to identify requirements for site structure / organization / content. Work with Tech Writers to collect / document content and deliver within the Solution Center Site.
* Mass Content Change based on Release Upgrades (work with Product Teams and Tech Writers to drive versioning process / areas of impact)
* Develop P&C Industry acumen, functional knowledge of Duck Creek core products and core Technical Writing strategies / process
* Must have strong communication and planning skills and must be able to drive work independently and must be able to work as part of an Agile team
