AVP PMO - Strategic Implementation Plan

745 Seventh Ave, New York, New York

As a PMO within the SIP program, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of planning and execution monitoring for specified workstreams. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team that collaborates with all areas of the bank. You will be working in a challenging and high profile program with numerous projects available based on your PMO skillset. It is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience across business areas in a project role.

What will you be doing?

* Consolidation and review of delivery and resourcing plans for tracking and management reporting
* Supporting the monitoring of project execution, including tracking of risks, issues, and dependencies working closely with program stakeholders.
* Ensuring program management practices are communicated and adhered to by project managers and identifying helping to implement process improvements / support documentation of best practices

What we're looking for:

* Bachelors Degree
* 5 year of project/portfolio management experience
* 5 years experience of product, business process, and technical knowledge (particularly in the areas of Operations, Finance, Treasury, Risk), capital markets and regulatory experience

Skills that will help you in the role:

* Solid communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with both business and technology stakeholders
* Quick learner, self-starter with ability to complete analysis independently with large data sets in a controlled and efficient manner
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
