The Client is seeking a full time SharePoint Developer to support a large organization that relies on web communication for both internal activities and customer-facing information.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

Provide architecture, development, and administration support to the Sponsors organization;

Employ web design expertise;

Maintain and refine permissions and SharePoint groups;

Develop and support SharePoint-based tools to track initiatives;

Maintain, modify, and improve on the look and feel and general SharePoint user experience;

Review content and recommend updates, find broken links, and delete or archive outdated information;

Provide support to the communication team with both internal and external publications;

Set up and manipulate web parts, maintain and modify master pages, and connect to various data sources for dynamic display of information;

Educate users on SharePoint best practices and work with users on new requirements and problem reports;

Maintain multiple SharePoint sites based on high level goals, acting proactively and with minimal day-to-day guidance.

Where the candidate does have experience, succinct responses are appreciated (e.g., years of experience and possibly one short example of employing the given skill).

1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with XML.

2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with JavaScript.

3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with graphics development common to web development (e.g., buttons, icons). Note any experience with any specialized graphics software.

5. Demonstrated on-the-job Client specific SharePoint development or administration experience.

6. Client specific SharePoint 2013 Site Collection Administrator (SCA) certification.

7. Demonstrated on-the-job experience integrating Microsoft Access and/or Excel with SharePoint list data.

8. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with branding a SharePoint site.

9. Demonstrated on-the-job experience troubleshooting user reported issues while maintaining a customer friendly attitude.

10. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working both dependently and with others as priorities, skills, and volume of work may dictate.

11. Demonstrated on-the-job experience briefing senior management on SharePoint related strategies & issues, as well as educating users on SharePoint capabilities.

12. Demonstrated on-the-job experience using Microsoft InfoPath as a front end to a SharePoint list.

13. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with communication skills.
