In this role you will: We are looking for a SharePoint developer with knowledge and experience on Administration. Now a developer needs to understand the backend thus should have some experience in SharePoint Administration. We are seeking a developer can be who can write SharePoint Backend Applications or can do Front End Development i.e. Layout designs, HTML or CSS level design changes etc.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct work across OFR to support the design and implementation and enhancements to the existing SharePoint and Atlassian (JIRA) portal, as well as ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support.
* Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional activities.
* Translate detailed design into application systems.
* Test, debug, and refine applications to produce the required product.
* Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user level documentation.
* Enhance applications to improve performance and add functionality.
* Provide technical direction to engineers to ensure program deadlines are met.
* Administering and updating access controls, permissions, and security.


* Creating lists, folders, and document collections.


* Operating the Control Point administration toolset.


* Understanding of BI capabilities in SharePoint.


* Content posting and updates.


* Assisting functional teams on how to optimize use of SharePoint sites and tools through training

and the creation of manuals; and ongoing troubleshooting.



In addition to providing day-to-day O&M support, the contractor shall provide enhancements and solutions to the current SharePoint portals that will increase the functionality, productivity, and usage of the portal, and improve business processes within OFR and FSOC. These additional duties include but not limited to:

* Designing, implementing and/or enhancing SharePoint site structure.
* Creating and expanding the document management repository.
* Addressing new requests which may require basic customization of SharePoint applications.
* Gathering and documenting business requirements.

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years' experience in SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 Development on-premises and online(O365)
* 3+ years' experience in Atlassian/JIRA development and administration
* Experience with SharePoint content/site migration.
* Experience with JIRA Service Desk including workflows, forms and custom configurations.
* Atlassian/JIRA administration skills.
* US Citizen or permanent resident

Certifications

* SharePoint Online Administration
* Atlassian/JIRA Administration-desired
