We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented SharePoint Configuration Expert to join our team in Springfield, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2016 in support of 65,000 users worldwide. This position is focused on end user capability and leveraging SharePoint 2016 inherent features and functionality. The ability to produce Innovative solutions stemming from intermediate to advanced development skills is highly desirable.

Dependability, a great attitude, and strong work ethic are integral components of this position. This position will be responsible for requirements analysis, configuration/development, and supporting operations. Only high performers with attention to detail and quality of work will be considered. Candidate must be a self-starter that can perform well independently, interact with customers professionally, and collaborate with diverse internal and external teams. Deliverables are required to be well designed, tested, secure, and complete. Position will report to Springfield, VA., some infrequent local travel may be required. The opportunity to work with very capable, professional, and technical peers is present in this position each day.

Responsibilities:

* Assess business process and suitability for various SharePoint 2016 solutions
* Design and develop advanced/customized team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows
* Develop customized SharePoint Designer Workflows (2016) and InfoPath Forms
* Optimizing user account management and permissions structures
* Optimizing solutions and engaging best practice for highest application performance
* Provide guidance to users for tasks they have permissions to perform
* Maintain FAQs, Knowledge Base and Standard Operating Procedures
* Advise and support customer end users on SharePoint 2016 functionality
* Attend internal and external customer meetings as required
* Provide expert technical advice to team members and customers

Requirements

Required Skills:

* A minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience and 3 years working with SharePoint
* Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint 2010, or 2016 (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Develop complex custom workflows with SharePoint Designer 2016
* Proficient with InfoPath Designer 2016
* Great attitude, excellent customer service and communications skills, may require communications and some requirements gathering with customer.
* Possess the analytical skills to discover business problems, identify possible causes, and design quick and effective solutions
* Experience developing and integrating MS InfoPath solutions
* Must be able to successfully complete a background investigation

Desired Skills

* Knowledge of scripting, JavaScript, JSON, REST, Web Services
* Business logic implementation, and Excel calculation formulas

Educational Requirements / May be waived with adequate experience

* Masters's Degree in Computer Science or related field

* Candidate selected must be a U.S. Citizen per contractual requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain government eligibility requirements and must meet U.S. Citizenship requirements.
