Job Description

POSITION TITLE: ServiceNow Developer LOCATION: Jersey City, NJ

POSITION DUTIES: Engaging directly with process owners to refine ServiceNow requirements and providing feedback on design alternatives; monitoring, estimating, and prioritizing ServiceNow enhancement and defect backlog; enforcing ITIL methodology & SDLC while implementing new workflows; working with team to implement ServiceNow security enhancements such as encryption and access control plug-in; analyzing and mitigating impact of ServiceNow quarterly upgrades; identifying, documenting, and remediating workflows previously implemented on the platform that are overly customized and/or do not align with best practices.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any) or a closely related field plus 4 years (48 months) of employment experience in the job offered or a computer related occupation. Employment experience must include: Glide Script, Jelly Script, Angular JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Service (SOAP/REST) and SOA Technologies.
