Job Description

Under minimal supervision, the Service Management Analyst Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and supporting the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.# Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the existing ServiceNow ITSM applications as well as the implementation and development of new applications on the ServiceNow platform.# # Works with the appropriate business representatives and partners with the ITSM team to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of Edward-Elmhurst Health.## Education, Experience and/or Skills Required: Bachelor of Science Degree or Associates Degree and 5+ years of experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of ITSM solutions Ability to understand complex database schemas and translate findings into functional meaning for the business Solid background of programming fundamentals including software management principles Advanced ability to research and resolve technical problems or issues Experience in report development, including mentoring others in the design and development of complex reports or data extracts # Education, Experience and/or Skills Preferred: Experience with Healthcare Information Systems Solutions, Inpatient and/or Ambulatory Strong understanding of relational database technology Experience building solutions with one or more of the following tools/technologies: ServiceNow Reporting and/or Performance Analytics # License/Certification Required: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification ITIL Foundations Certification # License/Certification Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
