We are seeking a self-starter with passion for excellent customer service and cutting-edge technology. You will provide end user IT desktop support while collaborating and supporting the Corporate IT, Dev Infra, and IT Business Applications teams. We are looking for a positive attitude and someone ready to be challenged in a fast paced and highly technical environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Tier 1 technical support and triage of incoming requests related to computer hardware, software, and systems
* Setup and tear down of workstation hardware
* Maintenance of computer hardware inventory
* Provisioning laptops and application deployment on Windows 10 and macOS
* Support of network connectivity (LAN, WiFi, VPN)
* Email and collaboration tool support - Exchange Online, Outlook, mobile device email (iOS, Android), Slack, JIRA, Confluence
* Providing hands-on support and training for web conferencing, telepresence, telephony
* Audio/Video equipment setup and running for special events and corporate activities (all hands meetings)

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of Helpdesk/Desktop support in a mixed enterprise environment with increasing responsibilities
* Experience managing work in a ticketing system like JIRA.
* Solid understanding of networking principles (routing, network protocols, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
* Experience supporting collaboration tools such as WebEx, Slack, Dropbox, Confluence, and Office 365
* AV experience working with video conferencing or live streaming a plus.
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in-person, on the phone or via email
* Strong documentation skills, self-sufficiency, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and initiative
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and initiate efficiencies for repetitive tasks
* Associates degree in a technical field desired, IT certifications a plus (A+, Network+, MCP, or equivalent)
