POSITION SUMMARY: Foundations Recovery Network, a division of UHS, is seeking a hard-working, talented, and creative SEO SPECIALIST ready to make a positive difference in thousands of lives every year. This position manages all SEO endeavors for the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (1) lead the prioritization of key phrases and webpage optimizations in effort to increase quality visits and conversions for our most important online properties, (2) evangelize initiatives that internal stakeholders can be part of in order to improve search performance, (3) manage directory listings (e.g. Google My Business, Bing Places, Yelp, etc.), (4) pursue content marketing and backlinking opportunities that align with company goals, and (5) report on search KPIs and Google algorithm updates.

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business field • 2+ years of marketing experience • 3+ years of experience optimizing with SEO tools such as Moz.com, Raven Tools, Link Research Tools, SEM Rush, Majestic SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console • 2+ years of experience with keyword analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner • 1+ years of experience using CSS and HTML to style content • Interest in helping teams understand how their work affects SEO • Familiarity with using WordPress or other CMS to manage a website • Familiarity of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas like VLOOKUP or MATCH preferred) • Knowledge of white hat and black hat tactics.

SKILLS • Show ability to identify problems and determine solutions • Ability to analyze and interpret data for long periods of time • Comfortable using basic HTML to format and organize content • Ability to use MS Office • Ability to work with others in an energetic corporate environment • Be motivated toward a common goal to save lives and make a difference • Self-motivated and proactive in contributing to other team member successes • Self-starter and willing to take initiative on projects • Positive attitude, efficient, detailed and customer oriented with strong organizational skills Travel Requirements: 0-10% • This position may involve some on-site support for business units like our facilities and events team.
