Success Academy is looking for an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst. We are seeking an intellectually curious, experienced HR Technology professional to join our Human Capital Management team.

The Senior Workday Analyst will play a critical part in the continued deployment of new functionality, developing solutions and enabling the continued growth of both the Success Academy Network and Success Academy Charter Schools.

In this role you will:

Lead the configuration efforts for new and existing Workday functionality to provide maximum efficiency and effectiveness for SA employee and HR needs;

Guide others regarding Workday configuration changes to support the managing of employee information changes (transfers, promotions, demotions, terminations, etc.), payroll and benefits updates, and changing information in appropriate systems;

Work with functional team members to understand requirements and communicate system capabilities/limitations;

Collaborate with key partners to create requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases;

Take ownership in the development, testing configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces of new Workday modules including collaborate with Success Academy IT and support third party implementation and HR vendors;

Diagnose and resolve issues (e.g. end-user, work process, security, etc.);

Maintain proper documentation to satisfy Success Academy audit controls and compliance practices;

Provide standard and ad-hoc reporting from the Workday HCM application;

Create a true Workday HCM analytics capability for Success Academy;

Lead major Workday releases;

Identify impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release and direct regression testing.

We'd be excited to hear from you if:

You have 3+ years Workday Business Process, Workday Reporting and/or configurations experience;

You have advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area: Benefits, Leave Management, Compensation or Talent;

You have solid project management skills that will help you track upcoming, ongoing, and past work product;

You are currently looking to take ownership of a system rather than handing off the solution to the client at the end;

Can build positive relationships grounded in trust and consistently advise on practices that are of sound moral/ethical judgment;

You can understand shifting priorities, can navigate through ambiguous situations, and can juggle multiple and varied projects simultaneously;

You communicate in written, verbal, social methods effectively, gear messaging towards the target audience and employ strong negotiation and consensus skills as needed;

You operate with the highest degree of integrity;

You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university;

You have completed Workday certified training courses for HCM (preferred);

You have a keen understanding of the intersection of people, process and technology;

You are enthusiastic, enjoy finding solutions, and are ambitious;
