Job Description

The Senior Web Developer role will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing and maintenance of our web-based applications. The Senior Web Developer should have a deep understanding of the software development life cycle; implementing industry best practices for stability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop.NET MVC web applications, WCF Services, web APIs and web services, using C#, ASP.NET and JavaScript technologies
* Employ best practices for designing scalable, extensible and secure applications
* Work with business analysts to understand and refine requirements.
* Participate in code reviews, and emphasize code quality and testing in all your work
* Mentor other team members
* Independently manage assigned tasks
* Make sure that all new solutions are scalable and yield to high architectural standards

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
* 5+ years of developing web applications with ASP.NET and C#. Must have experience with ASP.NET MVC.
* Experience with SQL Server
* Experience with modern source code controls systems, such as TFS & Git
* Demonstrated ability to meaningfully participate in strategy engagements
* Ability to complete all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing and support utilizing agile methodologies
* Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
* An Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
* Able to express ideas or analysis with clarity
* Able to deliver high level of service through responsiveness and accuracy
* Versatile, flexible, and willing to work with changing priorities
* Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of object-oriented design concepts
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Sass, Bootstrap, Responsive Web Design
* Experience with Salesforce a plus.
* Experience with Sitecore a plus.
