Job Description

The Web Content Administrator will be responsible for interacting with internal clients to plan and develop website projects, provide general technical support for various projects, and serve as the lead contact between the Web Production team and the business area communications team. This position will include regular meetings with the communications team to discuss and formulate strategies to address web related business needs as well as propose solutions to meet those needs. The primary role of this individual will be to make daily web content changes as requested by stakeholders.

Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories:

Content Administration

* Responsible for creation, administration, and publication of digital content (copy, images, video, hyperlinks, SEO metadata, taxonomy terms, etc.) utilizing the Crown Peak and Oracle CMS Platform and others as needed in the future
* Template creation, content authoring and modification for regular releases and scheduled updates

Website Improvements

* Manage projects including website maintenance, redesigns, and development.
* Make recommendations for both new and existing content that will appear on websites for clients
* Work closely with both the technical team to maintain site standards and with the creative team to uphold site design
* Help create a managerial process and workflow for content maintenance and governance within the company

Web Content & Development Management

* Administer regular meetings with the communications team to discuss and formulate strategies to address web related business needs as well as propose solutions to meet those needs
* Develop and monitor activities related to daily web change requests submitted by the business

Qualifications

* Typically 3+ years of experience working in content management
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field of study
* Manage content through a CMS platform (Oracle, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Teamsite, etc.).
* An eye for creating online marketing and design-appealing content preferred but not required knowledge of HTML and CSS code.
* Ability to work on a team with fast-paced projects and self-learning. Tasks require strong attention to detail and willingness to work under a deadline.
* Digital media experience preferred, especially with marketing copy, website development, SEO and copy writing

* Assist in general technical and consultative matters for the website as needed
