Ensures systems conforms with architectural objectives. Evaluates complex system's production readiness and supportability. Performs the restoration of complex computing service operations. Performs complex system problem identification and resolution. Leads activities to integrate security solutions into information systems.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Versatile Technologist to join their IT Infrastructure team in Huntington Beach, California. This position will support classified programs and therefor requires an Active Top Secret Clearance.

The position requires the candidate to team with program engineering personnel, cyber and industrial security, to design, deploy, and maintain effective cost efficient information technology solutions. Specific requirements will include hardware and software integration, desktop and server administration, networking, and information security across multiple operating platforms and environments.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Required Skills/Experience:

* This position requires an active Top Secret/SSBI U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
* Technical Bachelor's Degree or greater (A Technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific, or information technology field of study)
* CompTIA Security +, Network + and/or Security + certification

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Experience working with Linux & Windows servers
* Experience working with Windows workstations
* Experience with routing, switching, cabling, and patching on a fully secured private network
* Experience in Cyber Security
