What does a phenomenal UI/Front End Developer do?

You will work closely with a team of developers and business analysts, with some client interaction since this role has transparency across the business and externally. We're looking for a driven self-starter passionate about problem solving who can thrive in a dynamic, fast thinking, rapid execution environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a globally-distributed team. You will use your deep understanding of server-side Java to produce code that is robust, performs well and is reusable.

You can expect to:

* Utilize your experience with Spring Boot for building RESTful API's
* Expand your hands-on experience with Core Java, Java Enterprise Edition, EJBs, and Java Patterns
* Add to your knowledge of web standards and a CSS-driven layout
* Utilize your knowledge of JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular or React JS

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

* 5 years recent Java EE (EJB, JSP) experience
* At least 5 years HTML and CSS experience
* 5 or more years JavaScript experience
* 3 years JavaScript Framework, e.g. Angular 5+ or React 16+
* JAX-WS (SOAP-based) web services
* JAX-RS (RESTful) APIs
* High School diploma or GED

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

* HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3
* Bootstrap, JQuery
* UI Design experience
* WebLogic, WebSphere and/or JBoss preferred
* Payments or banking industry experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree
