As a Senior TPM, you will be responsible for leading your programs by driving strategy and engaging with launch partners to deliver on large software projects end-to-end. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. This position also involves regular communication with senior management, cross-organizational leadership and influence, and complex project management.
Qualified candidates have extensive experience defining projects and programs, collecting requirements, leading the development of detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets; as well as analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results throughout the organization. They must also have a demonstrated ability to build, lead, coach, and mentor high performing, cross-functional teams. Finally, qualified candidates must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities.
