Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior Technical Operations and Exploitation Officer to support a major program at the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) within the National Capital Region. Duties and responsibilities include:

* Assisting customers with the analysis and refinement of business processes to prioritize competing requirements and provide traceability of requirements throughout their lifecycle.
* Reviewing, editing, and improving lifecycle documentation and giving presentations to customers to include requirements, capabilities, updates, and project statuses.
* Examining, analyzing, and recommending complex technical operational approaches, procedures, and systems.
* Supporting the customer by developing, planning, executing, and managing telecommunications and computer network operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

* Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a CI polygraph prior to starting.
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and at least fourteen (14) years of related technical operations experience.
* At least two (2) years conducting Technical Operations in the field in support of IC members.
* Demonstrated expert experience in the development, procurement, instruction, installation and operation of specialized technical equipment.
* Experience in identifying and potentially mitigating hostile surveillance methods and other technical threats to operations.
* Experience requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience requiring knowledge in technical collection disciplines and operational procedures/policies.
* Experience conveying technical information to non-technical individuals.
* Experience maintaining liaison partnerships with IC Agencies.
* Experience researching, analyzing, prioritizing effectively, problem solving, synthesizing large amounts of data/information, and working several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision.
