This is a hands-on technologist role - you're crafting data master solutions for UBS and pioneering new distributed technology for financial organizations.

We're looking for someone like that to help us:

* work on Blockchain/DLT development for the DGA group
* oversee technical excellence within the development team
* lead the overall technical solutioning, interacting across departments (business, operations, and IT) to translate requirements into technical solutions
* establish & manage a team of skilled engineers & business analysts in multiple locations
* conduct reviews and help push things through when developers need help and drive technical specification and the component design
* help the project manager manage the progression of the applications as it moves from dev to QA to UAT and prototype new ideas and innovations
