Required skills/experience: Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite, Lotus Notes Adminstration, Share Drive permissions, answering help desk phone line, software and hardware troubleshooting skills.Desired skills/experience: CMA desired. Customer training available, DTO process and procedures, SafeCon, EARRS, ESMT, submit Products and Services catalog requests.
Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
