Dewberry is currently seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join the IT department in our Corporate Offices in Fairfax, Virginia. Responsibilities

* Active Directory health and management.
* Server equipment health and monitoring.
* Backups and replication health and monitoring.
* Server and application installation for Windows Server environment.
* 2nd Tier support for escalated issues.
* Manage enterprise patching and software rollouts.

Required Skills & Required Experience

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in IT related area and two years of applicable experience or 4 years of systems administration experience.
* Windows server experience
* Strong understanding of Exchange
* US Citizenship is required for this position.
* Ability to work effectively as a team lead mentor in a team of your peers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent time management, prioritization/follow-up

Preferred:

* Other relevant technologies for this position will include:
* VMware ESX, VMware VDI (Horizon View)
* Citrix XenApp
* LANDesk by Ivanti
* ServiceDesk by Ivanti
* Centralized Storage (XtremIO, EMC Clariion, Cohesity, Isilon, DataDomain)
* Dell and HP hardware.
* Fiber Channel switching
