Job Description

The Senior Systems Analysis role will be to engage with application development teams and business leaders from project inception to implementation. The position will also provide the planning, engineering, and delivery of business scalable infrastructure solutions to meet project timeline and goals while ensuring design compliance and enforcement of Taxonomy / Technology Bricks & Environment Management Standards

Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories:

Project Leadership

* Partner with IT teams to define technical solutions to complex business issues that align with target state architecture and conforms with corporate best practices.
* Provide technical guidance to the project team. Lead design and delivery.
* Engage with the business to discuss issues and document or explain technical solutions in a simplified meaningful way.

DevOps

* Contribute in creating delivery pipelines for newly created Micro Services on Docker and Openshift platforms.
* Support building Micro Services practice within development group with objective to create standards, tools and training others.

Service Delivery

* The position will be responsible to ensure that the objectives of delivery are met within Engineering/Architecture/Operations design standards (examples: Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Business Continuality Planning/Disaster Recovery).
* Works with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes (e.g., diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.).
* Collaborative responsibilities will include the coordination with Delivery Services for the design, build and production readiness of application solutions and the development of valid business cases and coordination with Enterprise Engineering/Operations service lines to ensure implementation of best practices for infrastructure governance, architecture, engineering, production support and service Management.
* Analyzes existing system logic difficulties and revises the logic and procedures involved as necessary.
* Employs extensive professional expertise and communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions and strategies.
* Continually define ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
* Work is accomplished without appreciable direction. Exerts considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.
* Serves as the organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs.
* Acts as counselor to top management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
* Point of escalation to gain necessary support from IT support groups.

Qualifications

* At least 8 to 10 years professional and systems analysis experience in Information Technology
* BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience * Strong AWS skills in one or more areas of Servers, Storage, OS, Middleware, Network, etc
* Hands on Experience with following Technologies and knowledge of the others: Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, Jira, CICD, Jenkins, Ansible, Apache/Tomcat, MSSQL, Postgresql, Linux, Windows, NAS * Understanding of AWS technologies as they apply to Infrastructure Designs
* Understanding of DevOps Development and Infrastructure Designs/Patterns.
* Experience in championing change and effectively managing project/program implementation
* Advanced knowledge of technical project management, project implementation, infrastructure engineering
* Advanced skill in communications and managing teams in a matrix environment
* As an individual contributor, responsible for designing, sizing & scaling infrastructure solutions for Application projects

Preferred Skills

* MS other graduate degree or advanced studies
* Advanced degree in computer science
* AWS architecture experience is preferred
* Knowledge of Capital Markets
* Working knowledge of corporate governance policies and procedures

* Ability to work effectively with continuous change and short deadlines
* Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
