KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

* Lead system design efforts for various client projects related to ETL using Talend with Big Data
* Document specifications and interface control documents with detail source, target and transformation logic
* Develop jobs/tasks and ensure code/technical configurations are thoroughly unit-tested prior to delivery
* Participate in system/integration testing as appropriate
* Perform code reviews and other quality assurance steps as requested
* Prototype/POC development to enable client specific and general go-to market solutions

Qualifications:

* A minimum of three years IT experience across various facets of the SDLC with specific focus in ETL / Big Data
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
* Understanding of data modeling and data architecture principals
* Experience with object-oriented design, development, and implementation of complex applications or components
* U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
