Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Were are looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You will be a critical member of our global operations team in support of 40 IVR applications both legacy (Avaya and Cisco) and new applications (Genesys) in a very complex and large - scale environment.

* Work within an Agile team to build solutions


* Drive continuous improvement and automation of systems to ensure high performance, availability, and scale for our enterprise


* Serve as a subject-matter expert in IVR development best practices


* Collaborate closely with business partners and interface teams to clarify and fulfill requirements from design through acceptance and implementation


* Work closely with your teammates in a matrixed organization


* Approach work with curiosity and present suggestions for improvements


* Troubleshoot defects and assist in resolution


* Perform work independently


* 5 years of experience with Contact Center technology


* Experience with Genesys or i3 Contact Center Solutions


* Experience with Cisco Voice Portal


* Experience with BPE and GigaSpaces


* 5 years of Telecommunications experience


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
