We need super smart engineers from all levels to help us build one of the best engineered e-commerce platform in the world (big talk we know, but that is our goal!). Our engineers combine creativity, curiosity, and drive to continuously perfect and revolutionize Jet from the inside out. What you will be Working on

Join us and change the future of Supply Chain at Walmart and Jet! This team will be working on a greenfield next generation Warehouse Execution/Control System. You will be designing, writing, managing and supporting code which will be interacting with robots in the warehouse.

About you

You want to be a part of one of the fastest growing ecommerce companies around where the only constant is change and you have these main skills:

* Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience
* Expert level skills in programming high performance Java code
* Experience working with microservices architecture
* Should be comfortable in working on both Windows and Linux
* Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
* Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Bonus Points

* Experience with working on modern C++/C#
* Experience in developing high throughput, low latency distributed applications
* Experience managing REST APIs
* Experience developing with Microsoft Azure
* Demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Has ambition and vigor to add value to a rapidly growing development team
