SOFTWARE ENGINEERHobsons, Inc. has an opening in Arlington, Virginia for a Software Engineer.
Design, develop & support software components using modern coding technologies. Leverage team development standards, patterns & design principles in daily activities. Collaborate w/product managers & user exp. during discovery, design & development.
At least bachelor's or its equiv. in CS or rltd fld & at least 3 yrs of prior work exp. in software development. In the alternative, at least master's or its equiv. in CS or rltd fld & at least 1 yr of prior work exp. in software development. Must possess at least 1 yr of exp. with the following: Agile scrum environment; object-oriented design patterns; development experience using Java; production experience using MySQL; & production exp. using GitHub and the Git Flow process.
