The Opportunity - Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineers personify the notion of constant improvement as they work with their team to build software that delivers on our mission to improve student outcomes. Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively as part of a software development team producing software that advances our core mission.
* Eagerly learn and apply new cutting edge technologies.
* Contribute to our engineering culture and ever-improving concept of engineering best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* 5-7 years of experience with at least 2 years of developing web application using modern web frameworks like react.js ,angular, bootstrap.
* Experience consuming data through REST API.
* Experience in developing customer-facing application in either web or mobile.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Expertise building application using JQuery/Javascript/Html5.
* Experience working with a team on a large project, prior experience shipping production software.
* Experience building web apps using modern dev-ops tools.
* Ability to debug complex web applications and solve performance issues.
