Position Title: Senior Software Development Engineer

Location: 4602 DTC Boulevard, Denver, CO 80237

Days/Hours: Mon - Fri / 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Summary of Duties:

Develop, create, and modify general computer application software using Sapien/StoneRiver software implementation practices. Provide detailed estimates for analysis, design, and development activities. Collaborate with product Business Analysts and Quality Analysts to understand and refine software requirements in the form of Use Cases. Code, test, and implement software from technical documentation and requirements. Code and execute unit tests. Perform design and code reviews in collaboration with other team members. Collaborate with the test development team to enable effective testing and resolution of issues during early implementation phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or Project Lead, System Analyst, Software Engineer, or a related role. Must have demonstrated experience with each of the following: Java programming language; JEE architecture; OO software design; SQL including multi-table queries; logical database design; RDMBS including tuning of complex queries; Eclipse; UML modeling tools; and analysis, design, and implementation within RUP or Agile iterative software development lifecycle approaches.
