Position Summary/Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior SharePoint Administrator to join our team in Alexandria, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

The Senior System Administrator manages all aspects of the SharePoint 2013, 2016 and O365 environments, including design, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security. The selected individual may also support other initiatives including MS Project Server, SalesForce, custom build solutions, and integration with COTS products including eCase and Cerenade. The Administrator must be able to work with very little supervision in a highly charged and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all SharePoint 2013 and 2016 server and application administration functions across the organization.

Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of servers, equipment, and software related to SharePoint infrastructure.

Maintain and administer Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016 servers, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis.

Plan, design and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations from 2013 to 2016 and 0365/SharePoint Online.

Assist in planning, designing, and executing development and migration of data and operations from legacy systems to SalesForce based solutions and/or support SalesForce and SharePoint integration.

Manage the functionality of features such as Search; review Audit Log Reports; work with site collection policies, manage the site collection caching; and activate or deactivate Site Collection features.

Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint or SalesForce based initiatives (upgraded versions, patching, and integration with additional Enterprise Systems).

Perform typical system administrative activities such backup, restore and issue resolution.

Experience working with Active Directory, PowerShell, and IIS.

Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices, and procedures for

SharePoint 2013/2016/O365 solutions.

Review customer requirements and assist in developing SharePoint, SalesForce, or other custom solutions to meet business and organizational needs.

Work with users, stakeholders, and other system owners to ensure effective migration from legacy environments with minimal service interruption.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

* Master's degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent
* 4+ years' experience working with SharePoint Platform and Central Admin
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills in a team-based development environment
* Experience designing, developing, and supporting SalesForce solutions and configurations is highly desired but not required

Candidate selected must be able to obtain and maintain government eligibility requirements and must meet U.S. Citizenship eligibility requirements.
