NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Salesforce Cloud Consultant to join our team in Newyork, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Senior Salesforce Cloud Consultant

Overview:

* Senior Leader of Consulting Engagements for: Blueprint, Roadmap, Health Check, Lightning, Governance, and Org Consolidation Salesforce Consulting assessments
* In charge of meeting facilitation
* In charge of weekly project status meetings
* Internal and External customer communication used to gather, guide, and document project and program requirements and expected results
* Documentation of all project stages, including but not limited to presentations, requirements, use cases, user stories, flows, program documentation and technical documentation
* Configuration of technical frameworks to meet assessment requirements, including but not limited to Salesforce
* Research and maintaining best practices on document repositories
* Effectively deliver results on several assessment projects
* Function in a team lead capacity mentoring and guiding junior level resources
* Participate and collaborate on design
* Create and maintain positive relationships with multiple internal groups to support on-going assessment development
* The Salesforce Business Consultant has hands on experience implementing Salesforce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, and business stakeholders during the consulting phase.
* Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce
* Must be willing to work with Developers as needed for complex customization
* Experience implementing Salesforce solutions using agile and waterfall methodology
* Must also work closely with team members in a collaborative manner to achieve common team objectives
* Must also present Prototypes/Demos to business users as required
* This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activities

Basic Qualifications:

* Ten years of business consulting
* 5 years Salesforce and/or other application life cycle implementations
* Have Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Administration Certifications
* 3 years experience implementing solutions using agile and waterfall methodology
