TrueBlue, the people company, has a Senior Salesforce & MDM Developer position open in their corporate office in downtown Tacoma.

Please note that this role does not have to be located in Tacoma and Remote is a possibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

* Work effectively in an agile team environment
* Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals
* Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements
* Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
* Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and business objectives, and innovate ways to meet business goals successfully
* Interact directly with managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with Salesforce
* Provide system administration support of Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow
* Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust with team members and fellow employees. Assist all team members to meet their commitments
* Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports needs relating to functionality and performance
* Consult with the Lead Software Developer or Application Architect on very complex tasks or the design of new applications
* Implement CC360 product functionality to support MDM application design within our Salesforce instance
* Configure and maintain Informatica CC360 in our Salesforce instance
* Design and implement the Informatica master data CC360 processes, CC360 Model objects, Beans, Master Beans, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
* Minimum work experience: 5+ years of software development and 4 years of Salesforce application development
* Requires the ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations while preserving the relationship
* Self-motivated and creative
* Ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision
* Ability to work with cross functional groups to achieve results
* In-depth experience of Informatica with MDM
* Strong understanding of ETL, data structures and data flow
* Experience with different data sources such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.

Preferred:

* Salesforce Developer Certification
* Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces
* Ability to work quickly to develop proof of concept projects with minimal requirements specified up front
* Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Native, MySQL and JavaScript
