This position will be located at our Plano, TX, technology center only.

The candidate will be a software quality assurance engineer who is proficient with web user interface testing, services testing, and end-to-end data testing. The primary focus will be on developing automated test strategies, automating tests, managing automated software testing routines, and providing direction and leadership to the SQA team around QA automation. The candidate will coordinate with other teams and team members working on the components of the application infrastructure to facilitate a high quality automated test program. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product is important..

Primary Responsibilities:

* Full Stack Test Planning and Execution
* Developing and documenting automation testing strategies
* Providing direction on QA automation to the SQA team
* Creating automated testing suites to reduce cost and risk of software releases
* Analyzing and selecting automated testing tools
* Participating in testing forums with the business and development partners

Required Skills:

* Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including at least three years of developing a SQA automation solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test requirements
* Familiarity with code versioning tools, GIT is a plus.
* Test Planning and Execution experience
* Experience working with Development, Business Partners, Production Support, and Change Management partners
* Experience in Agile SDLC
* Strong SQL Query writing Skills
* Experience in E2E ETL Testing - Data migration, conversion, and data quality
* Automated test lead experience with onshore-offshore model
* Understanding of End to End Testing Cycles using Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
* Hands-on experience in participating in the QA release cycle End to end, including defect reporting
* Hands-on work experience in automating Test plans, Test Scripts and RTM.
* Experience in QA Automation (Preferred: Tosca)
* Banking Domain experience is a plus
* Excellent communication Skills and Presentation Skills.
* Demonstrated Analytical, Problem solving and Interpersonal Skills.
* Experience in 2 or more RDBMS, and Big Data platform

* Big data analytics (Teradata, Hadoop)
* .NET Web Development
* Dev Ops Experience using BitBucket (Git), Jenkins, Ansible, Litmus Test
