Using our Idea Learning technology, our products provide companies with deep understanding of what customers are saying, and enables 1 to 1 customer experiences and actions.

Gamalon is now poised for rapid expansion. We've seen strong success with early customers, and we have the partners and resources available to build the full product offering to deliver our state of the art natural language tools to customer experience teams.

We are seeking a driven QA automation engineer to join our growing team. You are an engineer with experience developing end-to-end test automation frameworks, and implementing acceptance tests.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop an end-to-end automated test suite for the Gamalon product set.
* Deeply engage with the Product organization to understand product requirements and align test plans to those requirements.
* Develop tests that can tolerate non-deterministic results in verifying probabilistic machine learning systems.
* Design and implement a framework to test AWS CloudFormation and Kubernetes infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
* Automate nightly machine learning tests, tracking model accuracy and speed over time.
* Evangelize good testing practices throughout the engineering team.

Experience, Skills, and Interests:

* You have previously written automated end-to-end tests for complex web applications.
* You have built or enhanced an automated testing framework
* You are proficient in Python scripting, with a facility for learning new programming languages and testing frameworks.
* You have written tests for Single-page Web applications (React, Angular, etc.)
* You are generous with others and collaborate well in a team environment
* You are intellectually curious and interested in machine learning
* Based in the Boston area or willing to move
* Authorized to work in the U.S.
