Job Description

Amazon is seeking a leader who can stage and deliver content and programming for Twitch. This leader will organize and plan the staging and performance of programming ranging from large, in person events, to recurring series. Responsibilities include the production of individual twitch programming to meet specific business goals. This role will produce multiple concurrent pilots at different places on their development paths. Ultimately, it is this positions goal to graduate pilots to ongoing, commercially successful, long term Twitch programming.

You'll have the power of the AWS cloud, Twitch, our Game Studios, and all of Amazon's digital and physical media publishing infrastructure available as raw material to help create experiences that millions of gamers will enjoy.

The role requires in-depth understanding of customer needs, product requirements, technical designs, and operations. A successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivery in terms of features, pace, and quality, and making the correct tradeoffs among competing ends.

Can you work independently to explore a new space without close guidance? Are you comfortable supporting ideas with research and data, then presenting them to executive leadership? Can you present ideas clearly in writing? If so, this role represents a rare chance to lead the creation of something both big and new while working under direct executive sponsorship to do so.

This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the AWS, AGS and Twitch:

* Operate comfortably with a highly ambiguous problem set
* Draw from customer insights and industry markers to effectively incept, write and present a proposal for a large-scale and ambitious project
* Drive broad adoption and provide an unparalleled customer experience; you should be experienced with a range of approaches, including: feature development, pricing, a range of marketing channels (i.e. public relations, developer evangelism, promotions, etc.), customer surveys and profiling, sample application, code samples, and technical documentation
* Lead the organization from ideation through execution, change, evolution, and sustained growth
