Experience delivering projects across multiple industry verticals (financial services, technology, B2B, B2C) and various devices - Desktop, Tablet, Mobile (web & apps) is advantageous. The ideal candidate will also have progressive experience managing complex digital strategy, user experience (UX) design and web and CMS development projects. We assume s/he can inspire project teams to success while possessing an obsessive attention to detail and the ability to exceed client expectations, develop fully resourced project plans and manage scope and project profitability. Outstanding written and verbal communications skills are a must, as this is a client-facing position.

Key responsibilities include:

* Team Management & Delivery Leadership: Lead client and team on projects and foster collaboration during project life cycle; manage teams against project goals (quality, profitability, scope, client satisfaction, timeline). Act as a client/stakeholder liaison between Strategy, UX, Creative and Tech as well as the daily primary point of contact and overall lead for multiple/parallel client projects. Communicate project progress by tracking and managing progress to senior management.

Required Skills / Experience:

* Proven ability to exceed clients' expectations

* Develop project strategies that will meet and exceed clients' expectations, being proactive and engaged throughout the entire project (and post- launch) to ensure project is on-time and on-budget
* Facilitate team communication and collaboration
* Closely track schedule, resources, budget to ensure project margins and profitability
* Manage web design and development projects and serve as a liaison between strategy, UX, creative, technology and clients/stakeholders
* Act as the daily primary point of contact and overall lead for multiple/parallel client projects
* Track, manage and communicate project progress to clients and Extractable management
* Identify, document and manage closure on project action items, questions, issues and risks
* Establish baseline project requirements documentation and manage the change control process throughout the project
* Develop accurate schedules and resource estimates; manage to schedule and budget throughout the project while always looking for efficiencies in the process
* Work closely with the Account lead, strategy, UX, creative and technical team members and guide them through discovery to implementation and QA
* Facilitate effective and efficient client and team meetings to further project process
* Contribute to resource management and tracking at the corporate level
* Engage in business development efforts to drive new work and follow on revenue
* Ability to manage across teams, Extractable and client's partners
* Manage external partners to ensure effective project planning and execution
* Identify, communicate, mitigate and escalate risk, as needed, across projects
* Contribute to scope and estimates for new and existing client opportunities

Experience

* Must have 5+ years digital agency experience working on 2-3 enterprise-level clients and engagements (experience in direct financial services-related client or industry is advantageous)
* Recent experience working within a professional services/consulting firm or agency (preferably digital agency)
* Proficiency with managing complex projects involving implementation of one or more enterprise or open-source content management systems (experience with Adobe CQ5/AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Episerver or equivalents also highly beneficial)
* A solid understanding of web-based design and technology principles, along with website development methodologies and best practices
* A high level of proficiency with standard project management and office productivity software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, JIRA, Trello and MS office Suite
* Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Positive, energetic, confident work style with the ability to facilitate and lead work groups and work productively with a wide range of people
* Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
