This position offers exciting opportunity to lead a diverse team and manage programs cost, schedule and technical performance while attaining the highest degree of quality and customer satisfaction. The Program Manager is responsible for major proposal development, reporting cost, schedule and technical performance to the leadership team. This Position demands the coordination of program and proposal requirements across all function areas such as planning, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and test and deployment in a matrix organization.

* Interface with Senior managers and coordinate Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programmatic activities
* Assesses issues and lead the resolution to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Demonstrated experience in working with suppliers, subcontracts, proposals, and proposal financial drivers
* Ability to track and monitor program schedule and supplier commitments to business and customer objectives.
* Responsible for maintaining positive financial results within the assigned programs, to include regular reporting via monthly control reviews and quarterly EACs.
* Responsible for establishing milestones, and monitoring adherence to master plans, schedules and budgets. Identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources
* Assist in preparation of major proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.
* Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and operational constraints to meet business requirements.
* Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports.
* Update production metrics and facilitate regular team communication.
* Participate in Contract negotiations and proposal RFIs with the US Government

Education/Certifications:

* Bachelors Degree Required

Experience/ Qualification:

* 5-7+ years of operations & programs related experience in the DoD / Aerospace industry is required
* Fully fluent in Microsoft Office.
* Proven track record in operations, supply chain, and/or program management fields.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Program operations execution experience a plus
* Materials planning and supply chain experience a plus
* Technical and/or financial backgrounds are a plus
* Experience with reconnaissance optical systems, digital imaging systems and/or electro mechanical systems is preferred
* Must be a proven leader with demonstrated success in dealing with domestic and foreign customers.
